1. Approuval of the conditions
The simple fact of ordering one or several items at the SARL Dubreuil engage the entire approuval of this general sales conditions. They are governing the contractual relations between SARL Dubreuil and its customers, both part have to accept without any reserve.

2. Order
All orders have to be done per post, after the edition of the order form from the website, with the total remittance of the order, deliver fees included.

3. Price
The prices are in Euros, inclusive VAT. The prices shown on the web are the same for all purchase done in our shop. The price of the goods will be inscrease of the delivery fees, in case of a sale at distance. The total amount of your order will be indicated on our website when you will order on line. You will be then sent on a summary page of your order. This page show the amount of your purchase, within the carriage fees. The shown carriage fees are for one article ordered. In case of an order of several items, the carriage fees will be increased in proportion to the number of article. The price shown on the website can be change without any notice.

4. Settlement
The settlement is essentially made by cheque on the order of SARL Dubreuil. The cheque has to go together with the order form when an order is made (see chapter 2 Order).
If you wish, you can also settle by bank transfer. In that case, please contact us per phone or per email and indicate to us the article that interest you (you want). We will answer and give you the total amount to settle, including the carrigae fees. In reception of your remittance, your ordered items will be sent to you.
It is posiible that during an order wia internet, the article is not available anymore. In that case the SARL Dubreuil engages itself to reimburse totally the purchaser, or if he wish, without any delay needed by a bank transfert. The reimbursement of the purchaser will be done without asking for damages.

5. Delivery
The majority of the article onlie on the website are available in stock. When we received your remittance and check it, your package will be sent. All the article that benefit from an option of settlement on line will be sent either by recorded delivery letter or colissimo against a signature on reception. The package sent are followed on line. After the expedition of you package th'e SARL Dubreuil, will give to the purchaser the following n°. The purchaser will be then in a position to follow the delivery of its package via www.colissimo.fr. Each package will be treated depending on the weight, letter,fragility. The SARL Dubreuil is allowed to refuse an expedition of goods that are to sensitive without any justification. The carriage fees are just for France metropolitan. Will be treated just the expedition in France metropolitan.

6. Reserve of use
In application to the law 12 may 1980, the property transfert of the goods delivered to the purchaser will be active after the total remittance of the price or if some share have already been given as a settlement.
The risk of lost, stole or destruction during the delivery period to the property transfer are in charge of the purchaser. If for any reason the purchaser doesn't respect the settlement, the SARL Dubreuil has the rightto ask for an imediate return of the good delivered to the risk of the purchaser.

7. Withdrowal / Cancellation
To be conform on the article L121-16 of the consumption code, and in case of sale via internet, the purchaser benefit from a 7 day-cooling of period starting the delivery of its order. To execute his write, the purchaser will have to sent the good to SARL Dubreuil - Lou Creuse - 5/7 Rue Maurice Rollinat - 23000 GUERET, in their state and in their original package. The free article given in a promotion trade, will also have to be sent back in the same condition. All return items is made on the risk of the purchaser

8. Promotion
The SARL Dubreuil, on behalf of the Trade mark Lou Creuse, reserve the right to organize promotion of different statuts. In case of withdrowal or cancellation of a purchase, the purchaser will be reimburse just if he sent back to SARL Dubreuil all presents, dotations, or all lot initially delivered with the goods.
If the SARL Dubreuil can not give the promotion item, the purchaser will not be able to ask for damages. The SARL Dubreuil will then propose an article to replace it or offer a discount for the same amount or more. The purchaser is free to accept or refuse the proposal. If the purchaser wish it, he will be allowed to cancell its purchase and ask for a total reimbursment of the amount paid.

9. Cumputer law and liberty
The needed information for the delivery and invoics of the order are collected and conform to the "Computer law and liberty". The client benefits from thanks to the article 34 of the law 6 January 1978, an acces right, changing, amending or cancelling of the given information. The right can be done by asking the SARL Dubreuil. The SARL Dubreuil is engaging herself not to give all the informations to an organism that do business.

10. Court assigning
The present general sale conditions are register by the French law. In case of lawsuit, the purchaser will have to ask fisrt the SARL Dubreuil in order to obtain an arrangment. If not, the Trade Tribune of GUERET will be the own to judge and to act.
